Happy Halloween

We had a lot of fun on Halloween. Aria and I went over to the school in the morning for the Halloween parade. We saw some pretty cute and original costumes over there. The kids zoomed past pretty quickly so it was hard to get a decent picture of them. That night the kids were having a hard time waiting for Dad to get home to go trick or treating. They were all dressed up in their costumes and ready to go when he got home.
Michela was a Ninja. She didn't want to pose for pictures. Surprise, surprise...
Hunter and Chase both wanted to be Ben 10, so luckily there are two cartoons where in one of them he is 10 and the other one he is 15. Hunter was the older Ben 10 and I made him this jacket to look like the one in the cartoon. He loved it! He has been wearing it to school ever since Halloween.
Chase was the younger Ben 10 and he was so excited to strap on the Omnitrix and go show the kids in his class.
I decided to make a little cape for Aria and have her be a lady bug. The cape turned out to be so cute one her. She was so excited to go trick or treating. At the first house she was amazed that someone gave her some candy. She wanted Mike to open it up right away. Mike said he was trying to teach her to say "Trick or Treat", but instead she would just go up to each door, hold out her pumpkin and say, "Tandy!"
Mike even got into the spirit of things and dressed up as a golfer. (It was the kids' idea.)
When they got home they immediately poured out the candy and got to work trying to eat as much as they could. Aria sucked on a tootsie pop almost the whole night! Luckily the weather was beautiful! The kids had a lot of fun and it was a very Happy Halloween!
